CSSC Membership Card Instructions
PLEASE NOTE: The old CSSC app will no longer be accepted at English Heritage, Cadw or Kew Gardens.
When visiting some partners, including: English Heritage, Cadw, National Trust Scotland and Kew Gardens, you may need to show your CSSC membership card to confirm you are an active member.
There are two ways you can now do this.
1 . Sign into the CSSC website
Simply sign in to store.cssc.co.uk to show your membership card. It displays your name, date, membership number and active status. (As per image)
Some partners may ask to see additional photo ID, such as a driving licence or blue badge.
2 . Add your membership card to your phone’s digital wallet
By adding your membership card to your digital wallet you will be able to show your credentials to our partners, without the need to log on to the website or use Wi-Fi or mobile data.
You will have been sent an email with a bespoke link to add your membership card to your mobile phone’s digital wallet. Or you can access a personalised link via the cssc website, under your membership card.
Simply follow the easy instructions for both Apple and Android phones.
