Longevity provide expert coaching in fitness, mobility, nutrition, recovery, mental wellbeing and rehab to inspire our peers, aged 35 to 65 years old, to perform, feel and look better as they age so they can lead a healthy and fulfilling life.
They offer three services:
- Longevity programmes - For people with busy lives, who know they need to but struggle prioritising their health and longevity. We design custom age and gender specific programmes covering all aspects of your health, delivered via our App, 1-2-1 coaching sessions and weekly progress tracking to guide you so you can perform, feel, and look better as you age. Longevity is also about overcoming challenges along the way. If you develop a health condition or get injured, we provide expert support to build you up again so you can perform at your best and live a fulfilling life.
- Exercise therapy – If you are affected by any of these chronic health conditions: Hypertension | Obesity | Diabetes Asthma | Osteoporosis | Osteopenia |Arthritis | Joint Replacement | Lower Back Pain. We are qualified to help build you up with condition specific exercise sessions, so you can get back to doing the things you love doing.
- Rehab - When you are injured, help you follow physio recommended exercises and design follow up programmes to get you fully fit again.
Longevity are offering to CSSC members two exclusive discounts:
- The Exercise Therapy and Rehab Programmes are 1-2-1 exercise sessions of 1 session a week for 8 weeks, with a custom programme and our App to track progress.
- If you are 35-65 years old that wants to get back playing football or a fun way to exercise, there is a weekly exercise class based around football fitness and skills called Footie Fit Club.
