This refund scheme covers participation in leisure events.
The scheme includes individual leisure events at the theatre, concert hall, or spectator sporting venue, as well as season tickets for football, ice hockey, basketball, etc., and can be in any UK location. These events can be face-to-face or online, where you have to pay to view them.
It also allows members to claim cashback against fees paid for their personal membership of a gym or sports club (e.g., bowling, golf, or tennis); and/or participation in activities or lessons.
