CSSC’s Elite Sponsorship Fund supported Cat Shamel to reach the World Classic & Equipped Bench Press Championship in Drammen, where she grabbed Bronze for Team GB.

Olivia, an Elite sponsorship recipient, proudly represented Great Britain as an age group athlete at the World Duathlon Championships in Pontevedra, Spain. Competing in the V55 category, she took on the sprint duathlon (5k run – 20k bike – 2.5k run) after months of consistent training and preparation. 

Heath Bampton, Civil Servant at the Defence Academy in Shrivenham, was awarded ‘Bronze level’ funding through the Elite Sponsorship Fund, in recognition of his England Masters selection in the Great North 10km run at Newcastle.

European Aquatics Champion
Janice and her team travelled to Serbia for the Masters European Aquatics Artistic Swimming Championships, where they competed in various events and earned double gold medals with support from CSSC's funding.

Hockey World Cup (Over 70s) Player
Helen's impressive journey from a school player to a world-class athlete in the International Masters Hockey competitions. 

Lacrosse Champion
James discovered his passion for lacrosse at university and now represents Wales in international competitions. With CSSC funding supporting his journey, he can alleviate financial stresses and focus on training and performance.

Olympic American Footballer
American footballer, CSSC member and architect, Steph Wyant recently competed in the European Championships for Team GB, we are happy to report that the team came second, bringing home a silver medal.
