What is the scheme?
It's difficult for the area association to organise events that appeal to all its members. So, to ensure all members can benefit from the money that Fife and Rosyth area receives, a sum has been set aside to subsidise sports and leisure activities that have not been organised by your area association or any other CSSC or departmental association in the Fife and Rosyth area.
What can I do?
Some examples of events are:
- Plays
- Concerts
- Evening classes
- Dance classes
- Sports lessons
- Meals
- Sporting events (No alcohol on any receipt will be paid for)
What happens next?
All requests for funding will be reviewed by the committee and if the criteria is met, a subsidy will be paid by cheque/e-banking. Please note members can claim 30% of the ticket price up to £50. Only two claims in a calendar year.
Cheques must be cashed within three months. Once the funds set aside are finished the scheme will be reviewed until the next financial year.
