The North East Shore Angling Competition provides a great opportunity to both new and more experienced anglers to improve and diversify their angling skills.
About The Event
This is the first of 3 qualifying events that will determine the representative team for the North East at the 2026 CSSC National Shore Angling Final.
This event is open to all CSSC members, however only those living/working within the region can qualify to represent North East in the National Final.
The match will be pegged on a stretch of British Airways Carpark. If the venue is occupied by other anglers on the day, the match will be moved to another location on the River Tyne.
Registration is at 7:15AM
This will be a 4 hour catch, measure and release match commencing at 08.00 and concluding at 12.00.
There will be optional sweeps payable on the day.
