Devi is an experienced leader with over 25 years in the travel-tech, hospitality, and energy sectors, and has a proven track record of delivering innovative ED&I strategies.
On Tuesday 4 April, Devi visited the CSSC offices in High Wycombe where she met with Chief Executive, Matt Bazeley OBE, and members of Head Office Staff. Devi expressed her enthusiasm for joining CSSC and her commitment to driving ED&I initiatives that will benefit the organisation and its members.
In her current role as Group Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Centrica, Devi has been responsible for building the global D&I strategy and embedding D&I initiatives for the development of the group diversity & inclusion roadmap. Under her leadership, Centrica has embraced diversity as a strategic choice for the business, becoming more diverse and inclusive, and allowing everyone to enjoy a sense of belonging.
Devi was recognised by Hive Learning as one of the top 75 most influential DEI leaders in EMEA and as a Top 50 Women in Travel Industry by WiNiT at the Global Business Travel Association awards. She was previously Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Women in Hospitality & Travel-Tech and MD for Northern Europe at HRS Group, a tier one travel tech provider.
Originally from Hong Kong, Devi studied in Australia and has been in the UK for over 27 years, giving her a great insight in cultural and regional nuances and enabled her to successfully operate in a number of global roles. Devi now lives in Greater London with her family and two children.
