1Leisure has three fully staffed centres across the Island, Medina at Newport, The Heights at Sandown and Westridge in Ryde.
We offer two types of membership, which are the Gold and Silver One Cards. The Silver is more water based and covers swimming, aqua fit classes, and racquet sports, which include squash and badminton as well as the health suite at The Heights. The Gold covers all of the above PLUS all classes as well as our air-conditioned Tone Zone gyms.
