Volunteer knowledge base
Everything you need to help in your role, from expense forms to marketing templates.

Volunteer handbook

The handbook covers all aspects of the CSSC volunteer journey from induction to how we recognise all the hard work our volunteers do.

The volunteer induction is the first step to get you on your volunteer journey. These are run by your local Volunteer Team Leader, and usually held in person where possible. This is a chance for you to learn more about your role and CSSC and ask any questions you may have.

More about the volunteer induction process and initial training provided can be found on page 12 of the handbook.
