1. Eligibility 

The competition is open to all current members of CSSC as of the last day of the month of the draw who are 18 years of age or older. Employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 

2. How to Enter 

To enter, members must enter their name and email address in the online ballot. Members can enter once per week. Entries are not carried over and a new entry is required for each prize draw. 

3. Prizes 

There will be one weekly prize awarded. The value of the prize will vary each week. 

4. Winner Selection 

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email within 8 days of the draw. 

5. Prize Claims 

The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified. If the winner does not claim their prize within 14 days, it will be forfeited and another winner may be selected. 

6. Prize Conditions 

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize must be accepted as awarded. 

7. General 

CSSC's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry to the competition implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

By entering Magic Mondays you agree in terms of disclosing your names as a minimum, to partake in publicity internal to CSSC Sports & Leisure, relating to the promotion (be that on any social media accounts, website, newsletter, emails, press etc.), and accept these terms and conditions and their interpretation under English law.

8. Data Protection 

The personal information collected from entrants will be used by CSSC and partners solely for the purpose of administering the competition. Data will not be shared with any additional third parties other than those involved in the administration of the competition. Data will not be used for marketing purposes. 

9. Changes 

The promoter reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. 

10. Governing Law 

This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
