Every CSSC member gets unlimited family entry to English Heritage and Cadw. CSSC gives you unlimited entry to Kew Gardens and Wakehurst, plus with CSSC you get 50% off a second adult entry. At cultural and heritage sites alone you save over £300 every year. However, that’s just some of the savings.

Is CSSC good for families?
Yes, it’s what we do best. We’re all about creating fantastic, life-long memories with your loved ones. Can I meet people through CSSC?
CSSC was created in 1921 to unite the civil service through sports, games and communities and we continue to this day to bring people together from across the country. Whether that’s through exceptional sporting competitions and tournaments, or social communities like cycle, walking running, swimming and book clubs. We have over 10,000 active members connected to social groups, sharing their skills, experience and passion, as well as a network of over 1,000 volunteers who host local experiences and days out for their fellow members. If you can’t find a community you’re interested in, we help you set up one in your chosen field, quite literally.
How do I cancel my membership?
We’re fairly sure that once you join CSSC, you’ll want to stay a member forever, as many of our members have taken out life-long memberships and been with us for decades.
In fact, we’re so confident you won’t want to leave, there are no restrictions on membership. You’re free to cancel any time with no charges or waiting periods. All that we ask if you let us know why you’d like to leave, so we can make it even better for when you return.
I’m an employer and I’d like to offer CSSC as a workplace perk
We work extremely closely with civil service HR and the Home Office to provide workplace perks and benefits that their members really want and really enhance their colleagues’ health and wellbeing.
Our benefits have been carefully chosen and designed to complement employers’ health and wellbeing strategies, helping to retain, recruit and reward their staff, optimising their work/life balance.
Because we’re funded by membership subscriptions, it’s completely free to employers, with no paperwork or contracts.
