CSSC has always striven to look after, not just our members, but the whole of the civil service and public sector through innovative and compelling sports and activities. Pledging to take care of those who take care of others.

We firmly believe that physical exercise and movement, together with providing an interesting and engaging range of activities can vastly help improve people’s mental and emotional wellbeing.

Whether through sports, fitness and days out or communities, clubs, partnerships and any of the other 4,000 ways to save. There’s always something CSSC can do to help others live their best lives and thrive, both physically and mentally.

This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week theme is ‘loneliness’. So, we were keen to share our services to help as many people as possible with connections and communities.
