You can now add your CSSC membership card to your phone’s digital wallet. This exciting new option will simplify using it when visiting our partners.
By adding your card to your digital wallet, with a few easy steps, accessing your card will be quick, safe, simple and no longer require WI-FI or mobile data. So, no matter how remote, isolated or off the beaten track your trip is, you’ll always be one click away from exploring our partners.
What’s changed?
To access some of our partners, like English Heritage sites, CSSC members need to show their membership card to onsite staff. Traditionally, members would need to access their memberships card via the CSSC website, which would require mobile data and access to the internet. This can be limited at remote sites, causing concern for some members. To negate this potential delay in accessing sites, members can always take a screenshot of their membership card on the day of their visit, but this too was an imperfect solution.
Now, by adding your membership card to your phone’s digital wallet, you will no longer need access to the internet nor need Wi-Fi.


How can I add my card to my digital wallet?
Adding you card is quick, safe and simple, by following either of these instructions.
If you receive CSSC emails
- From Wednesday 15 January you will be sent an email titled ‘An exciting announcement for your CSSC membership.’
- This email contains a personalised link to add your card to your wallet.
To access via the CSSC website
- Log into store.cssc.co.uk
- Find the personalised link under your membership card on the homepage.
