1.1 These can be booked either at the Box Office or online and cannot be used to make bookings over the phone
1.2 Valid for 1 ticket and must be used at the time of exchange.
1.3 Non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
1.4 Valid for a single use only and cannot be re-instated or replaced once redeemed (this includes if you cancel your booking).
1.5 Not valid for Premieres, Big Screen Events and alternative/special showings including Mini Mornings, Senior friendly, Autism Friendly and Scene screenings.
1.6 Can be used to book VIP, Recliner, Xtreme seating, 3D or Gold class screenings online and at the Box Office at an additional upgrade fee. IMAX upgrades will also be at an additional cost and we recommend checking pricing directly with the cinema before purchase of Vue Pass E-Codes.
1.7 3D customers will be charged for the purchase of 3D glasses if required.
1.8 Do not have priority over general tickets.
1.9 The voucher expires on the expiration date, it is not subject to extensions.
1.10 Expiry dates are printed on the paper voucher.
1.11 E-Codes expire no later than 12 months from the point of issue.
1.12 Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including Meerkat Movies.
1.13 Film classifications apply.
1.14 Vouchers are not to be used for financial gain in resale.
1.15 The cinema managers decision is final.
Please note that due to Vue's advance booking policy the film and performance you wish to attend may be sold out and seats might not be available.

• Group 2 tickets are valid at locations listed in groups 6, 5, 4, 3 plus Vue Basingstoke, Vue Cambridge, Vue Croydon Purley Way, Vue Glasgow St Enoch, Vue Harrow
and Vue Watford
• Group 3 tickets are valid at locations listed in groups 6, 5, 4 plus Vue Bolton, Vue Cheshire Oaks, Vue Exeter, Vue Manchester Quayside, Vue Newbury, Vue Newcastle, Vue Preston, Vue Stroud, and Vue Worcester
• Group 4 tickets are valid at locations listed in groups 6, 5 plus Vue Croydon Grants, Vue Cwmbran, Vue Edinburgh Ocean, Vue Eltham, Vue Finchley Road, Vue Fulham Broadway, Vue Islington, Vue Leeds Kirkstall, Vue Leeds Light, Vue Manchester Printworks, Vue Plymouth, Vue Portsmouth, Vue Thanet, Vue Westfield Stratford and Vue York
