Notes and restrictions
Only one entry per member which will be entered in each of the 3 draws. You can only win once so winners from draw 1 will be excluded from draws 2 and 3, and winners from draw 2 will be excluded from draw 3.
You must reply to the question to be entered into the draws.
The draws will take place the first weeks in August, October and December. The Chair will contact the winners by email, copying in the treasurer, to request bank payment details but a phone number will be included in the email in case people want to double check legitimacy.
By entering into a prize draw you are giving your consent for the CSSC South Yorkshire Prize Draw administrator to hold your name, membership number and email address in order that they can contact winners. You also give your consent for your name to be published as a winner, unless you specifically request us not to. Your details will not be passed on or used for any other communication, other than in relation to the prize draw.
