The Picturehouse Child All Cinemas eCode can be exchanged for one child admission ticket to a standard 2D performance at any Picturehouse Cinema in the UK, Including Picturehouse Central. Tickets are subject to availability. Uplift charges for any film which is not a standard 2D film may be payable by the eCode holder. The Picturehouse Child All Cinemas eCode is not valid for any non-standard (premium) seating or any non-film performance (such as alternative content or live performances).
Children up to and including the age of 14 can use the Picturehouse Child All Cinemas eCode. Proof of age may be required.
The Picturehouse Child All Cinemas eCode is valid for a minimum of 6 months from date of issue. Once expired, the eCode will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen and no refund will be given.
The Picturehouse Child All Cinemas eCode can be used to make bookings online at Picturehouses.com, via the Picturehouse ticket booking app, or in person at any Picturehouse Cinema and cannot be used to reserve tickets by telephone or online.
To redeem online/via the app; enter the eCode into the relevant field when booking your tickets. Your ticket will then be sent to you via email (and can also be accessed via the app).
When booking online/via the app using the Picturehouse Child All Cinemas eCode (i) credit/debit card information must be provided (for processing purposes) and (ii) a booking/processing fee per transaction will apply. Customers who do not wish to pay the booking fee can exchange their Picturehouse Child All Cinemas eCode for a ticket in person at the cinema. Where this eCode has been issued to a phone or tablet, you must present it to a Picturehouse staff member, who will input the eCode at the time of exchange. The Picturehouse Child All Cinemas eCode does not give the bearer priority over other guests.
Each eCode is considered to have been redeemed when the booking of tickets is confirmed. Each eCode may only be used once, repeated attempts to use the same code will not be successful.
Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply - ID may be required, and any other relevant standard terms and conditions including Picturehouse Cinema’s general admission terms apply (picturehouses.com/Terms).
The Picturehouse Child All Cinemas eCode may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
There is no cash alternative; The Picturehouse Child All Cinemas eCode is not transferable and may not be re-sold.
Picturehouse Cinemas reserve the right at its absolute discretion to refuse admission.
Picturehouse Cinemas reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time and without notice. These T&Cs and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless your residential address is in Scotland, when Scottish law applies or in the Republic of Ireland, when Irish law applies.
