The Picturehouse Membership (All Cinemas) eCode Terms & Conditions:

1. The Picturehouse Membership (All Cinemas) eCode can be exchanged for one Picturehouse Membership for any Picturehouse Cinema in the UK. A valid Picturehouse Membership card entitles the holder to four free tickets, discounts on ticket purchases, priority booking, access to exclusive free previews and special events, deals with local/national partners and a 10% discount on food and beverages, subject to exclusions of other promotions and special offers. The discount is for the named Membership cardholder or Plus cardholder only. The discount is not applicable to group bills or party bookings. The free tickets are subject to availability. Uplift charges for any film which is not a standard 2D film may be payable by the Member. 3D glasses will need to be purchased at an additional cost.
2. The free tickets cannot be used for any non-standard (premium) seating or any non-film performance (such as alternative content or live performances). The Picturehouse Member shall have no preferential rights of access to any screenings, except special screenings organised for Picturehouse Members.
3. The Picturehouse Membership (All Cinemas) eCode is valid for a minimum of 6 months from date of issue. Once expired, the eCode will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen and no refund will be given. The Picturehouse Membership (All Cinemas) eCode does not give the bearer priority over other guests.
4. You may apply for a Picturehouse Membership for yourself or any other person by completing the application form on the Picturehouse website. By applying for the Membership, you are expressly requesting that the Picturehouse annual subscription starts immediately on receipt of the email containing the temporary Membership number details.
5. To redeem online: Go to https://www.picturehouses.com/Picturehouse_Membership and select the Membership type you would like. On the Membership Signup page complete your personal and contact details and create a MyPicturehouse login, then select the "Pay Now" button. On the next page, enter your Picturehouse Membership (All Cinemas) eCode in the "Gift Card No." field and hit next. The Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
6. The creation of an agreement between you and Picturehouse will only occur when Picturehouse confirms acceptance of your application and issues details of the Picturehouse Member’s temporary Membership number. If your application(s) is/are accepted, Picturehouse will send you (or if you are buying for someone else, the Picturehouse Member) an email containing the details of the temporary Membership number.
7. In order to claim the relevant additional discounts and offers, the Picturehouse Member must show their valid Picturehouse Membership card at the appropriate Picturehouse Cinema Box Office or ticket and concession stand; or where the relevant discount or offer is available via the Picturehouse website, by inputting the relevant details on the website or Picturehouse App as directed. To use the Picturehouse Membership on the Picturehouse booking line, you will need the Picturehouse Membership number and will be required to pass security to access your account. The additional discounts and offers made available to holders of Picturehouse Membership are discretionary and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.
8. Picturehouse Members may book their tickets in advance in person at the Picturehouse Cinema for any programmed performances. To use the Picturehouse Membership card in the cinema, the Picturehouse Member must present it at a Picturehouse Cinema Box Office or ticket and concessions stand. The Picturehouse Membership card will be scanned to check its validity, and additional identification may be requested. If the Picturehouse Membership card is validated, the Picturehouse Member will be issued with a ticket for the chosen screening and time, with the relevant discount subject to availability. If the Picturehouse Membership card is not validated, the Picturehouse Member may be advised to contact the Membership helpline.
9. The Picturehouse Membership card must be shown when the tickets (including e-tickets) are checked before entering the relevant auditorium. Entrance will not be permitted without the Picturehouse Member presenting the Picturehouse Membership card.
10. The Picturehouse Membership card is not transferable or for sharing. Only the Picturehouse Member will be entitled to use their Membership card discounts and benefits, the Membership may not be used to obtain tickets or benefits for anyone else.
11. Each eCode is considered to have been redeemed when entered as payment for a membership and the application accepted. Each eCode may only be used once, repeated attempts to use the same code will not be successful.
12. Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply - ID may be required, and any other relevant standard terms and conditions including Picturehouse Cinema’s general admission terms apply (picturehouses.com/Terms).
13. The Picturehouse Membership (All Cinemas) eCode may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
14. There is no cash alternative; The Picturehouse Membership (All Cinemas) eCode is not transferable and may not be re-sold.
15. By signing up to Membership the Member consents to receive regular marketing communications from Picturehouse Cinemas Ltd. Subscription preferences can be changed in the Membership account area online. The Member’s details will not be passed on to any third parties.
16. Picturehouse Cinemas reserve the right at its absolute discretion to refuse admission.
17. Picturehouse Cinemas reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time and without notice. These T&Cs and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless your residential address is in Scotland, when Scottish law applies or in the Republic of Ireland, when Irish law applies.
