Mrs. Doubtfire, the West End’s hit comedy musical based on the beloved film is heading to Newcastle in 2026.
Out-of-work actor Daniel (played by the critically acclaimed Gabriel Vick*, original London company) will do anything for his kids. After losing custody in a messy divorce, he creates the alter ego of Scottish nanny Euphegenia Doubtfire in a desperate attempt to stay in their lives. As his new character takes on a life of its own, Mrs. Doubtfire teaches Daniel more than he bargained for about how to be a father.
Mrs. Doubtfire features all the hilarious moments you love from the movie, plus fabulous new songs and dazzling dance numbers! Put it all together, and you’ve got a ‘surefire hit’ (The Telegraph, Daily Express) that can’t be missed.
