Buying a non-member ticket?

Please note that non-member event fee is non-refundable.
Notes and Restrictions
A non refundable deposit of £75 per person is needed at time of booking (plus non member event fee for non members). The balance is due by the end of August and you be reminded about this nearer the time.
Closing date for applications/deposits is 31st of July 2026.
Tickets will be posted out by Westoe Travel 2-4 weeks before your chosen time but you will be contacted in advance of this by the North East and Yorkshire Events Organiser mailbox to confirm address for tickets to be sent to.
Further information
The rail timetable won't be confirmed until about 10 weeks before departure. If there are engineering works or no direct trains these prices won't be valid - so we would have to either cancel at a full refund or look at an alternative date (subject to availability and there could be a price difference).
