Whether you are a beginner or experienced on kayaks why not come along and join us by experiencing Hythe's Royal Military Canal in a different way, on the water!
Seapoint Canoe Centre's experienced instructors will guide you along the canal and will make it a fun couple of hours including races and games. This is a bespoke group session for CSSC members and their families. This event is suitable for all abilities, no previous experience is necessary and we can even accomodate young family members too (minimum age 4) .
The Canoe Centre has various kayaks including Katakanu's (seating up to 6 passengers) Sit on Kayaks and closed cockpit style kayaks for the more experienced.
Can't swim? then dont worry you can still come along and participate as life vests are supplied together with helmets.
What's Included
Instructors, safety equipment including life jackets, kayaks for 2 hours
guaranteed fun and quite possibly getting wet!

Buying a non member ticket?
An event fee is applied to each non-member ticket. Why not make use of the linked membership scheme and earn yourself £10 by joining them up to CSSC, they will save the non-member event fee, and purchase the ticket at the discounted members rate. Invite your non-member guests to join CSSC here.

Notes & Restrictions
When booking please complete the booking form as Seapoint Canoe Centre will need to know ages of all children attending, experience levels of all attendees.
Children under 17 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
you will not be issued with a ticket for this event. Please ensure you include your email when booking as an email will be sent to you approximately one week prior to the event providing you will further information and what to expect on the day.
All participant names will be given to the event company prior to 20th June.

You will likely get wet during this activity and may even get soaked so it may be wise to wear a swimming costume, wear some old trainers or shoes you don't mind getting wet and bring a towel. There is car parking available on site but there is a charge for using this. I will send out details in the email prior to the event.
