Pyestock Bowling Club Pyestock BC is based at Cody Sport & Social Club, operating outdoors on a flat green between April and September and with indoor Club nights on Wednesday evenings during October to April. BSIR Golf Society The BSIR Golf Society plays up and down the M3 Corridor. Membership is open to everyone, formal handicap not required, CSSC members enjoy a discount on green fees. The society plays one day a month from April to October. Each day comprises 27 holes of golf starting with a breakfast roll and coffee followed by 9 holes Texas scramble. Lunch is followed by an 18 hole Stableford competition. The cost for each day is approximately £50 or £25 is playing for the afternoon golf only and is subject to a reduction for CSSC members of circa £5 per event.

We play on Friday evenings throughout the year at the Tomlinscote Leisure Centre in Frimley. Players of all abilities are welcome to come along and give it a go with discounts available for CSSC members. For more information contact Mike Gardner. DRA Golf Society DRA-GS, founded as the Royal Aircraft Establishment (RAE) Golf Society in 1933, plays a monthly Stableford competition from April to October, at a variety of courses in the vicinity of Farnborough, for trophies and prizes. During the season we also arrange competitions against a few other societies and hold our own annual singles championship competition.

Farnborough Area CS Bowling Association FACSBA founded in 1978 at the RAE sports ground is now based at the Cody Sports & Social Club, Pyestock. Members play at the Pyestock Bowls Club and also at Farnborough, Aldershot, North Hampshire and West Surrey. During the outdoor season, we have a programme of seven matches and a very popular triples competition held at Pyestock called the Ernie Edwards. Several trophies are awarded each year including the overall champion, a singles knockout cup, the Christmas match and best specimen. The Mickey Mouse trophy is awarded to the angler with the best hard luck story of the year.

There is a discounted annual subscription rate for CSSC members. The gym, which is available for use both during and out of work hours, features a Watt bike, treadmills, cross-trainers, rowing machines, multi-gym and free weights.
