Scroll down to “‘Pre-Paid’ Adult (at 0 costs) and “Pre-paid Child” tickets for free.

You can also add additional tickets and Under 3’s at this point.

No need to use e-codes at this point.

Click “Select your visit date”.

Click “Select time” and click continue.

Entre your personal details and agree to T&C.

Continue to payment details and your reservation will automatically be placed.

You will receive an email confirmation from the Edinburgh Zoo or the Highland Wildlife Park to show as proof when you arrive.

Bring along both your booking confirmation and e-codes or paper tickets on the day of you visit.

Codes are valid for a single redemption only, one code\ticket needed per free visitor.

We reserve the right to not accept visitors without a date and time booking.
