We’re pleased to share the news that we have been recognised, once again, by leaders in the employee benefits industry in three separate categories for this year’s awards ceremony.
- Best benefits communications for a small employer
- Best healthcare and wellbeing benefits
- Best alignment of benefits to business strategy
The further great news is, by securing nominations in three categories we are also in the running to take home the prestigious Grand Prix award, which recognises, in the judges’ opinion, the best of the best from all the category winners.
Adding to our trophy cabinet
With so much of what we do at CSSC focusing on employee and member benefits, the hardest job is deciding which of our offers we should put ourselves forward for. Having already been rightly recognised for our wellbeing time, this time we drew focus onto three other important elements. Active Wellbeing, CSSC life and our Ten:four initiative.
Best benefits communications for a small employer
The judges were impressed by the work the Active Wellbeing team did around encouraging members of the civil service and public sector to be more active. Our use of rewards, collateral, enticements, targeted coms and partnerships, successfully engaged with more participants than ever before.
Best healthcare and wellbeing benefits
The Active Wellbeing event was particularly successful in showing an increase in physical activity and health throughout the campaign, which was felt to be hugely instrumental in securing our nomination. The introduction of a pledge system resulted in greater engagement across all departments and teams.
Best alignment of benefits to business strategy
Building our strategy around flexibility and providing benefits that work for our members was particularly strong in our nomination. The multiple, easily accessible courses, classes, tuition and content of CSSC life was felt to be hugely beneficial to the civil service and public sector. This combined with our Ten:four initiative, providing useful bite-sized content, which recognises those who may not have time for full workouts were both factors in our success.
A return to winning ways
You may recall, this isn’t our first successful trip to award shows and represents a return to the Employee Benefits celebration evening.
Back in November 2021, we successfully won both categories we were entered into, taking home the top awards for both ‘Best alignment of Benefits to Business Strategy’ and the ‘Best Benefits to Support Work-Life Balance’ for our unique wellbeing time staff benefit.
We were also successfully nominated and made the shortlist for both the UK Active Awards for our work in Active Wellbeing and the Memcom award for relaunching our member magazine Podium.
Hopefully, with three nominations on the table, we will return to winning ways and maintain our perfect 100% record at the Employee Benefit Awards.
Good luck team
This year’s awards are being held on 23 June at Armoury House in London. We’ll keep you updated with our success. But in the meantime, congratulations and good luck to the Active Wellbeing, Ten:four, CSSC life and Marketing teams.
You’re already winners in our book.
