Lets Step In has been awarded “Holistic Wellness Service of the Year” 2025, Manchester & North West England Prestige Awards.
In this 1:1 session we’ll gently explore how you’re currently feeling across key areas of your wellbeing - including your mind, body, breath and energy - identifying what may be out of balance and where support is most needed.
Using simple, guided techniques, you’ll be introduced to practical tools that can help regulate stress, improve energy levels and bring a greater sense of calm and clarity.
Breath-work, meditation and nature-based practices are key parts of this, helping to directly support your nervous system and emotional wellbeing.
Together, we’ll create a personalised approach that feels realistic and supportive for your day-to-day life.
You’ll leave the session with:
- Clear, manageable next steps.
- Simple practices you can use at home.
- Tools to support calm, focus and energy.
These may include guided breathing techniques, short meditation practices, and restorative self-care approaches that fit into your routine.
Includes:
